Shayla and Luke hired me for wedding videography at the Millhouse Venue in Rigby, Idaho, and I am SO glad they did! It was so much fun to capture their wedding day on video. They are such a sweet couple and their wedding day was gorgeous!
Why Wedding Videography?
Wedding videos are extra special because they bring back those incredible wedding memories and feelings like nothing else can! It allows you to relive the day and watch it like a movie. Wedding videography is also amazing because anyone that wasn’t able to be there in person can watch your wedding video and feel like they were really there. This is especially special for grandparents or family members unable to travel, or future kids and grandkids!
Wedding at the Millhouse in Rigby
It was an unusually beautiful October day when the sun was shining and the weather was perfect. The large doors at the Millhouse were open to allow for use of the indoor and outdoor space. The venue was all dressed up in rustic decor which complimented it perfectly. I love the Millhouse because it is totally unique! It has a historic charm with lots of brick, lovely windows, and a stunning bride’s room. In addition, the outdoor space is gorgeous. There is a patio area with fire pits and heaters, as well as a large grassy area with landscaping all around. I think my favorite feature has to be the doors though! Shayla and Luke’s colors were also beautiful for fall.

First Look Wedding Videography
Shayla and Luke also chose to do a first look video! It is one of my favorite first look videos ever because of this gorgeous fall location in Island Park, Idaho. The fall leaves, the open field, the mountains, and the water all made for a stunning backdrop to this couple’s first look.
